How do I place an order?
Browse or search for a product, add it to your cart, and check out. You’ll enter your delivery address and choose a payment method — including Cash on Delivery — then confirm your order.
How is my order delivered?
Orders are delivered by JigjigaSale couriers or trusted delivery partners to the address you provide. You’ll be able to track your order’s progress from your account.
How do I pay?
We support Cash on Delivery (pay when your order arrives) and mobile-money / bank options such as eBirr and CBE. More payment methods are being added.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes — most products can be returned within 30 days if they meet our conditions. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Log in to your account to raise it, or contact our support team by email or phone. If a product is wrong, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Selling on JigjigaSale
How can I become a seller?
Visit our Seller Center and complete the registration process at Become a seller. Our team will review and verify your application before your store goes live.
How and when do I get paid?
Your sales, less any fees, are credited to your Seller wallet and paid out according to the payout schedule. You can request payouts from your Seller Center.
Delivering with JigjigaSale
How do I become a driver?
Apply at Become a driver with your details and documents. Once approved, you’ll receive delivery assignments in the Driver Center.
